A MARQUEE burst into flames in Caernarfon on Sunday morning.
The blaze which broke out, just after 7am, in the town’s St Helen’s Road, was caused by a short circuit from a car battery.
A refrigerator and other items inside the site were also destroyed in the fire.
Two fire engines from Caernarfon and Llanberis attended the scene and four firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using two hose reel water jets.
A North Wales Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said: “The cause of the fire was an electrical short circuit.”
